The Galaxy S25 Ultra is now official. Samsung’s latest Galaxy S25 Ultra debuted on January 22, 2025 at the company’s Galaxy Unpacked event.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra sports a tough titanium frame paired with Corning’s glare-free glass for added durability. Its design has some subtle but noticeable tweaks, like the newly rounded edges that give it a sleeker look. Of course, the integrated S Pen is still onboard, along with the trusty IP68 water and dust resistance.
The display measures in at 6.9 inches, a tad larger than its predecessor. It still features the Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, delivering that ultra-smooth 1-120Hz refresh rate.

- It terms of performance, you will find Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip under the hood. The Galaxy S25 Ultra sticks with the same battery as its predecessor, paired with the same 45W fast wired charging.

Samsung kept the titanium frame, a standout feature of the S24 Ultra, and it remains a key part of the S25 Ultra’s design.
