The Galaxy S25 Ultra is now official. Samsung’s latest Galaxy S25 Ultra debuted on January 22, 2025 at the company’s Galaxy Unpacked event.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra sports a tough titanium frame paired with Corning’s glare-free glass for added durability. Its design has some subtle but noticeable tweaks, like the newly rounded edges that give it a sleeker look. Of course, the integrated S Pen is still onboard, along with the trusty IP68 water and dust resistance.
The display measures in at 6.9 inches, a tad larger than its predecessor. It still features the Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, delivering that ultra-smooth 1-120Hz refresh rate.

- It terms of performance, you will find Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip under the hood. The Galaxy S25 Ultra sticks with the same battery as its predecessor, paired with the same 45W fast wired charging.
Samsung’s latest flagship keeps the same pricing as its predecessor, starting at $1,299.99 for the base model.

Galaxy S25 Ultra arrives with a refreshed design, now sporting rounded edges. In terms of size, it measures 162.82 x 77.65 x 8.25 mm. Compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra’s 162.3 x 79.0 x 8.6 mm, the S25 Ultra is not only slimmer and narrower but also a bit taller.
Samsung kept the titanium frame, a standout feature of the S24 Ultra, and it remains a key part of the S25 Ultra’s design.
